Empowering Young Learners with Practical Construction Skills

Founded by Sean McGrane and Dave Manley, The Practical Learning CO was created to provide real-world construction trade experiences directly to schools across North East Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, and North Shropshire. Our mission is to ignite pupil interest in the trades through hands-on, safe, and supportive workshops tailored to a variety of learning needs, including neurodivergent students. We believe practical skills education inspires confidence and supports young people’s future career choices.
